Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer support requests and service tickets.
• Perform 'rack and stack' installations of customer equipment.
• Conduct layer 1-3 connectivity tests.
• Provide professional on-site customer support.
