Qualifications

• Must meet eligibility requirements outlined in DoD Instruction 1322.29 and NAVADMIN 222/15.

Responsibilities

• Manage queue and reporting, review and execute advanced work orders, and provide detailed documentation of all activities.
• Installations: rack-and-stack of customer equipment and interpretation of installation plans.
• Cross-Connect work: complex installations, terminations, and testing.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: L1–3 certification testing and network troubleshooting.
• Stakeholder partnership: monitor inventory and coordinate material replenishment.
• Customer management: ensure satisfaction and handle escalations.
