Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Data Center Services Technician to support deployment and operation of infrastructure in hyperscale data centers. You will perform rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, and equipment provisioning, with emphasis on safety and adherence to standards.

The role requires 50%–100% travel and ability to work independently in dynamic teams. Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in data center ops, cabling, or IT infra, and can read drawings and MOPs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data center operations, structured cabling, field services, or IT infrastructure support.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, installation documentation, and methods of procedure (MOPs).
• Experience performing rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, and equipment installation activities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute rack-and-stack activities, structured cabling installations, equipment provisioning, testing, and operational support.
• Ensure work is performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with Ericsson and customer standards.
