Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification required.
• 1+ years in data center operations or IT infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of data center hardware, racks, servers, and cabling.
• Understanding copper and fiber cabling and basic optical networking.
• Ability to interpret drawings, installation docs, and MOPs.
• Experience with rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, and installs with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and safety; quality focus.
• Ability to collaborate with technicians, project teams, vendors, and customers.
