Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician in Hillsboro, OR, to uphold operational integrity of electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems.

You will monitor, maintain, and repair critical facilities infrastructure to keep customer uptime high and costs in check. The role requires hands-on experience with chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH units, UPS, and building management systems, plus strong safety and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree or equivalent with data center/critical facility experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and NFPA70E certification during employment.

Responsibilities

• Develops approaches to minimize operating costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and operate mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems.
• Inspect and repair data center infrastructure and support systems.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Track preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
