Job summary

Next Level Technician in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking an Entry Level Data Center Technician to join our team and support large-scale data center build-outs. You will assist with low-voltage cabling and infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience on real deployments.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 months electrical or cabling exposure, can lift 50+ lbs, and demonstrate reliability and teamwork. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 months of electrical or cabling experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on active construction sites.
• Strong attendance, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pulling, routing, dressing, and labeling low-voltage and fiber optic cabling.
• Support installation teams with data center build-outs and infrastructure projects.
• Use basic hand tools and follow installation standards.
• Assist with material staging, site organization, and cleanup.
• Follow all site safety requirements and properly utilize PPE.
• Work alongside experienced technicians to develop technical skills.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
