Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Dublin, OH is seeking a Data Center Technician to diagnose and resolve issues across our physical infrastructure. You will work with engineers, security experts, and operations teams to ensure reliable uptime and cost-effective operations.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems while maintaining documentation and procedural standards. A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of hardware platforms is preferred.
• 1+ years of computer networking experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and resolve data center infrastructure issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate resolver groups.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for supported technologies.
