Qualifications

• Hands-on data center technician experience required.
• Direct experience supporting large-scale data center operations.
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networking gear, racks, and cable plants.
• Follow procedures and data center standards; document activities in ticketing/asset systems.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering/ops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain inventory records and perform preventative maintenance.
