Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking or electronic systems.
• Ability to use technical software and digital documentation systems.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs on technical equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete diagnostics to minimize downtime.
• Replace components, perform cleaning, and assist with equipment maintenance activities.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and operational conditions using software tools.
• Resolve tickets and document maintenance, repairs, and equipment status updates.
• Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and infrastructure support projects.
• Support network connectivity troubleshooting and basic configuration tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory, equipment locations, and operational records.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
