Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs on technical equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete diagnostics to minimize downtime
  • Replace components, perform cleaning, and assist with equipment maintenance activities
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and operational conditions using software tools
  • Resolve tickets and document maintenance, repairs, and equipment status updates
  • Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and infrastructure support projects
  • Support network connectivity troubleshooting and basic configuration tasks
  • Maintain accurate inventory, equipment locations, and operational records
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Job description

Data Center Technician – Cedar Falls, Iowa – 40 Hours per week Full-Time | Days Hours will fall between 7a-7p Monday through Sunday

$18 - $24 / hour

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Data Center Technician to support daily operations within a fast-paced technical environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and monitoring specialized equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, technical troubleshooting skills, and experience working in industrial, manufacturing, data center, or technical environments.

Key Responsibilities
