Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation. The role supports critical client environments and involves monitoring mechanical and electrical systems.

You will work with third-party vendors, manage PM tasks, and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards across shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Formal technical training with apprenticeship or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work on shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and equipment.
• Ensure environment is safe for personnel.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs.
