Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data center operations, structured cabling, telecommunications, field services, or IT infrastructure support.
• Working knowledge of data center hardware, racks, servers, networking equipment, power distribution systems, and structured cabling.
• Understanding of copper and fiber cabling practices, basic optical networking concepts, and installation standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, installation documentation, and methods of procedure (MOPs).
• Experience performing rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, and equipment installation activities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute rack-and-stack activities and structured cabling installations.
• Provide equipment provisioning, testing, and operational support.
• Maintain safety and quality standards per Ericsson and customer guidelines.
• Collaborate with technicians, project teams, vendors, and customers while handling assigned work independently.
