Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure in hyperscale and enterprise environments. You will perform rack-and-stack, cabling installations, equipment provisioning, testing, and operational support while following safety and customer standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in data center operations, cabling, or IT infra, with the ability to interpret drawings and MOPs and collaborate with project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in data center operations, structured cabling, field services, or IT infrastructure support.
• Working knowledge of data center hardware, racks, servers, networking equipment, and power distribution.
• Understand copper and fiber cabling practices and basic optical networking concepts.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, installation documentation, and MOPs.
• Experience with rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, and equipment installation with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack-and-stack activities and structured cabling installations.
• Provide provisioning, testing, and operational support for data center infrastructure.
• Ensure work is performed safely and per Ericsson and customer standards.
• Collaborate with technicians, project teams, vendors, and customers.
