Job summary

Ericsson seeks a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments.

You will execute rack-and-stack activities, structured cabling installations, equipment provisioning, testing, and operational support while ensuring work is performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with Ericsson and customer standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in data center operations, cabling, field services, or IT infrastructure support.
• Experience with data center hardware, racks, servers, networking equipment, power distribution.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and installation documentation (MOPs).
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
• Ability to work with technicians, project teams, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack-and-stack activities and equipment installations.
• Install and test structured cabling (copper and fiber) and provisioning.
• Support operations and testing per SOPs and safety standards.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress with teams.
• Ensure work meets Ericsson and customer standards.
