Our Data Center Operations team is responsible for maintaining the availability, reliability, and performance of CoreWeave’s data center environments. This team supports the hardware and infrastructure that power our services, ensuring critical systems remain operational in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.
As a Data Center Technician, you will help ensure the overall availability and reliability of data center operations. This is a hands‑on role focused on hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and support of mission‑critical infrastructure. You will work onsite at one of our data center locations and may participate in an on‑call rotation to support after‑hours operational needs.

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $83,000. The starting salary will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
