ManpowerGroup is seeking a Data Center Technician 2 in Midland/Odessa, TX to support deployment and maintenance of critical infrastructure within a dynamic operations team.

You will lead installation and configuration of servers, switches, storage, and GPU infrastructure; manage BMC, iLO, and iDRAC interfaces; perform firmware, BIOS, and hardware validation; and troubleshoot issues across servers, storage, networking, power, and cabling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations or related experience.
• Strong server, networking, and storage hardware knowledge.
• Experience with structured cabling and power distribution.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

As a Data Center Technician 2, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting critical infrastructure deployment and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Center Technician 2

Location: Midland/Odessa, Texas

Pay Range: $35-42/hour, based on experience
