CBRE is seeking a Data Center Technician to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs inside a Barker, NY data center. The role is overnight and on-site, with responsibilities across mechanical, electrical, and environmental systems to ensure uptime and safety.
You’ll work with vendors, respond to BMS alarms, complete routine PMs, and document maintenance activities while following CBRE processes and safety standards.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center Technician role is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Data Center Technician position is $95,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
