Job summary

Service Robot Co. in Murrieta, CA, is looking for an on-site Contract Technician to install and maintain hardware inside data centers. You will work with remote engineers to complete physical tasks, such as installing servers, running cables, and replacing failed parts.

You will also test repairs, run copper and fiber cabling, and record serial numbers and locations while following security procedures. Overnight maintenance may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, cabling, AV, electronics repair, or building computers.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and keep accurate records.
• Pass background check and site security screening.

The role

Training

You will complete an online course through our Service Robot Co. Academy, followed by in-person training and the industry certifications needed for this role. The Academy is certificate training that we subsidize. Your first assignment is paid, with a specialist supporting you remotely.
