About The Role

This role involves controlling and implementing work against all allocated customer-specific service level agreements. It contributes to the development and successful operation of the Critical Infrastructure function, working with colleagues to develop and implement departmental strategy, objectives, and improvement processes. The role encompasses the day-to-day operation of the team, carrying out preventative maintenance and reactive works on building services systems within a contracted site.

What you’ll do
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive records are kept, including building compliance and quality assurance, with responsibility for Configuration Management MS Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance, Configuration Management, or Repairs within the SLA timeframe. Raise issues if not resolved promptly.
  • Ensure subcontractor performance meets all requirements per the Master Service Agreement. Coordinate subcontractor work approvals and safe operation during repairs or services.
  • Swiftly remedy facility/plant faults and defects to maintain plant in operational order. Ensure availability of suitable spares for maintenance.
  • Lead all aspects of the site's environmental conditions, using the Building Management System and/or ignition system to maintain acceptable internal conditions and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Provide Mechanical and Electrical support (chiller, UPS, PDU, STS, etc.), complete maintenance records, and conduct routine quality checks.
What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred. At least four years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
  • Journeyman/Electrician/HVAC license preferred. State and local licensures as required.
  • Experience in a financial setting working with billing and payables; prior experience with financial systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
