HDR Engineering is seeking a Data Center Substation Physical Designer to join our growing and nationally ranked Power Delivery team in our Substation group.
As a Data Center Substation Physical Designer, you will draw upon your broad technical knowledge and experience in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD), with at least three years of experience designing high voltage substations, to work on mission-critical, fast-paced data center substation projects.
Having previously worked on simple to moderately complex substation projects, you will be prepared to take on greater challenges and responsibilities in the emerging data center market focused on speed to market and reliability.
The successful candidate will be part of a team that primarily performs engineering for data center substation clients. This role offers excellent growth opportunities for self-directed individuals eager to learn and take on new challenges. Candidates may be classified as Designer I, II, or Senior based on their proven skills and experience.
