A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee Data Center construction. This role involves planning and supervision of construction projects with a focus on low voltage systems. Candidates should have at least 8 years of construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. This position requires 100% travel across various locations in the US.

Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our Data Center Structured Cabling Team with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, enthusiastic, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. As a superintendent, you will be responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline.
Locations Include: IN, WI, MN, TX, NM
Travel: 100% on a rotation
Traveling Group Opportunities all over the US
RESPONSIBILITES:
Organization, flexibility, excellent customer focus, and strong communication are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to:
Planning and implementation to ensure all materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule
Coaching, supervisory, and development responsibilities

The base compensation range for this role is: $122,600 - $183,900 Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%)
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill, and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
