Job summary

Armada is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent for the Leviathan data center project. You will lead on-site construction, startup, and commissioning activities, coordinating between the customer GC, subcontractors, Armada trades, and the Commissioning Authority to drive the site toward Ready for Service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction site management experience, including mission-critical, data center, or industrial startup environments.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-trade, multi-stakeholder job sites through substantial completion, startup, and commissioning to occupancy/RFS.
• Working knowledge of data center MEP systems and commissioning processes.
• Strong emphasis on safety programs, QA/QC, and site documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Armada's on-site lead, coordinating daily activities between the customer's GC, subcontractors, and Armada trades.
• Develop and enforce integrated site logistics plans, look-ahead schedules, and work sequencing across multiple crews.
• Chair or participate in daily/weekly coordination meetings to align GC, subcontractor, and commissioning timelines.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts before they impact schedule, including space, access, and tie-ins.
• Track punch lists, RFIs, and deficiency logs to ensure Ready for Service readiness.
• Maintain daily site reports, photos, and progress logs for stakeholders.
