Job summary

DP World is seeking a Plant Manager, CL Site Operations to lead the launch and ongoing operation of new data center locations. You will oversee project execution, staffing, safety, budget adherence, and customer partnerships, driving operational readiness and performance from launch through completion.

The role requires aBachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrated multi-site leadership with a focus on Lean principles, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required.
• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, or large-scale operations.
• Experience leading multi-department teams and managing budgets.
• Strong safety, quality, cost management, and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Ability to travel to new project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up and execution of new data center locations to achieve operational readiness.
• Direct site leadership teams with clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and resource planning for project success.
