Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management specific to sprinklers.
• 10+ years of fire alarm installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in all aspects of the construction process.
• Manage all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage field personnel for scheduling, training, and safety compliance.
