Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seeks an experienced Occupancy Planner based in Abilene, TX to manage occupancy data, seating plans, MAC processes, floor plans, and utilization reporting across North America data centers.

This role collaborates with Property Management, Data Center Operations and other stakeholders to translate workforce requirements into occupancy solutions, while ensuring data accuracy and smooth execution in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities-related field.
• 5+ years in occupancy/space planning or related area.
• Experience with seating assignments, occupancy data, and space inventories.
• Experience reading architectural floor plans and using planning tools.
• Experience with IWMS/CAFМ or similar workplace tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day occupancy planning across North America data center facilities.
• Develop seating and space‑assignment plans for employees, contractors, and partners.
• Coordinate moves, adds, and changes from request to completion.
• Maintain accurate space, seat, and occupancy data in planning systems.
• Produce occupancy dashboards and capacity summaries.
