Frazier Industrial Company is seeking a Data Center Solution Developer to bridge engineering, design and project execution from concept through commissioning. The role emphasizes coordinating with engineering, project management, manufacturing and field teams to ensure constructible, compliant layouts.

The ideal candidate has engineering training and 2–8+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related field required
• 2–8+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks required
• Knowledge of structural systems and anchoring principles useful
• Familiarity with BIM and structural software is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Develop structural and system layout fabrication drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support design of rack structures, containment systems, MEP and equipment supports.
• Support projects from concept through construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, Sales and field teams.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings.
• Review fabrication and installation drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and Company standards.
• Support field coordination and client communication.
