Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field with 9+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related technical field with 6+ years of relevant experience OR PhD in a related technical field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in silicon architecture, including proficiency in power analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with industry‑standard tools for simulation and validation of silicon designs.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing and optimizing complex systems for power, performance, and area constraints.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands‑on experience with industry‑standard tools for simulation and validation of silicon designs.
• Proficiency in hardware description languages (HDL) such as Verilog or VHDL.
• Advanced degree or specialized certification in semiconductor design, compute architecture, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and collaborating across diverse technical domains.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to drive technical innovation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and drive alignment across teams.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $190,610.00-269,100.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Work Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on‑site at their assigned Intel site and off‑site.
