Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seeks an IC3 Site Support Lead to guide a dedicated onsite team at a 24/7 data center campus. You will partner with Facilities Operations, service teams, logistics and site leadership to ensure high-quality, auditable support while scaling to increasing operational complexity.

You will mentor site support personnel, enforce professional standards, and maintain rigorous processes, documentation, and scheduling alignment across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience also valued.
• Experience leading site-support staff or coordinators in operational environments.
• Strong scheduling, documentation quality, and communication discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite site-support team handling admin coordination, workflow, records management, and operational support for the data center campus.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for IC3 site support staff.
• Set clear expectations for service quality, responsiveness, and process discipline across the team.
• Oversee day-to-day support processes including scheduling, communications, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure records and documentation are accurate, current, and audit-ready.
• Allocate work and maintain coverage for priorities, meetings, and site events.
• Collaborate with Facilities Operations, service teams, logistics, compliance and site leadership.
• Prepare materials for planning meetings, outages, and maintenance reviews.
