Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Site Operations Support Manager – Data Center Facilities to lead the onsite site-support function for the Abilene data center campus. You will manage administrative coordination, records management, scheduling, document control, vendor coordination, and daily site operations in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.

You will mentor IC3-level staff, ensure service quality, and partner with Facilities Operations, service teams, logistics, and site leadership to maintain readiness

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in site administration, facilities coordination, office operations, or related roles.
• 2–4+ years of experience leading coordinators or site-support staff.
• Experience in mission-critical or operationally intensive environments is preferred.
• Strong scheduling, documentation quality, and communication discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onsite site-support team responsible for administrative coordination and operational support.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for IC3-level site staff.
• Set expectations for service quality, responsiveness, and documentation accuracy.
• Oversee scheduling, communications, document tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain audit-ready site records, logs, and repositories.
• Allocate work and ensure coverage for priorities and events.
• Collaborate with Facilities Operations, service teams, logistics, and site leadership.
• Prepare materials for planning meetings and outage coordination.
• Oversee vendor and visitor processes for non-technical services.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement across the site-support model.
