Requires 4+ years in construction with 2+ years in supervision, plus a safety certification. Mandarin fluency is essential for daily team communication; relocation to Lordstown is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of construction site experience with supervisory duties.
• Experience using ERP or digital project management systems for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of general workers for temporary site facilities.
• Oversee material handling: receiving, inventory, storage, distribution to work fronts.
