Job summary

Atlas Power, LLC in Williston, ND is seeking an Operations – Shift Lead for our data center. You will lead a team of technicians, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with the Site Manager to maintain peak efficiency and safety.

This role requires hands-on leadership, experience with cryptocurrency mining operations, and strong problem-solving skills. You will deploy devices, monitor systems, analyze data trends, and drive process improvements while ensuring projects stay on schedule and on

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience with cryptocurrency mining technologies such as deployment/support/maintenance of various miners
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Basic understanding of networking topology/diagnostics

Responsibilities

Manage a team of data center service technicians and data center repair technicians.
Assist the Site Manager to train staff on all equipment and procedures performed on site related to operations.
Enforce data center safety programs and report observations for improvement.
Monitor systems to ensure all data is processing accurately.
Deploy mining devices as directed.
Troubleshoot high level technical problems.
Analyze data to identify trends or relationships among variables.
Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Continually improve current processes in collaboration with and by direction from leadership.
Recruit, hire, retain, supervise, delegate, give feedback, and evaluate technicians.
Perform other duties in line with the role as instructed by the Site Lead and those with duly delegated authority.
