As the Data Center Site Lead for Global Server Operations, you will be the primary owner of the site's server and network infrastructure. You will oversee the state-of-the-art physical infrastructure that powers Google’s search technology, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and performance through expert leadership and cross-functional alignment.
The Site Lead manages a team of Data Center Leaders and Technicians. Your team will install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain critical hardware and server software. You will own outcomes for deployment and ongoing maintenance involving networks, storage, compute and AI infrastructure, while leading project teams through high-risk operational transitions and developing comprehensive contingency plans.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
