Job summary

IPS is seeking a Data Center Senior Project Manager to lead complex facilities programs from our Northwest, PA office. You will drive cost, schedule, safety, and client relationships across project teams.

You will develop preconstruction, construction, and closeout plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with Construction Managers, Superintendents, and project executives. Travel up to 25% is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree.
• 10–15 years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate significant experience both in terms of industry knowledge and positions of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manages the delivery of individual projects and holds primary responsibility for the achievement of cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Identifies risks to the project and mitigates risks alongside Project Directors and the Director of Operations.
• Develops and maintains preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans with approvals from project leadership.
• Monitors performance with the Construction Manager and Site Superintendent and takes corrective actions for schedule adherence.
• Monitors and reports project costs, including forecasted commitments and actual expenditures.
• Coordinates with Accounting to invoice clients and manage Accounts Receivable to meet corporate goals.
• Manages changes to prime contracts and related financial documentation.
