Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Data Center Security System Administrator - Lenel & Genetec Specialist to support Burlington, TX project sites and related offices.

You will configure and support Lenel and Genetec-based access control and video management, and document system configurations for enterprise security solutions. The role requires 5+ years with Lenel/Genetec, strong network and Active Directory skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% to domestic and international locations.

Qualifications

• Must have Lenel and/or Genetec certifications.
• 5+ years of professional experience programming, administering, and supporting Lenel and/or Genetec systems.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise physical security systems (cameras, access control panels, etc.).
• Understanding of network architecture, LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, Active Directory.
• Strong project management, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support security systems, including databases, software, OS, reports, badges, biometrics, and cameras.
• Program and configure security devices, system expansions, upgrades, and Day 2 enhancements.
• Test, commission, and support system validation, punch lists, and acceptance.
• Train users and support personnel; monitor system health and resolve issues.
• Manage security projects from concept to close out; coordinate with vendors and site stakeholders.
