Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a security leader to oversee data center protection, access control, and breach response. You will manage contract staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure uptime for critical infrastructure while driving KPI-based improvements.

This role partners with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining CCTV systems, badge issuance, routine inspections, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
• 1+ years in a data center or critical environment.
• Knowledge of access control systems (Lenel, Milestone) and CCTV with digital recording.
• Bachelor-level or higher in security-related field preferred.
• 2+ years of security-related experience and 1+ year leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results and oversee contract security staff and daily operations.

• Maintain availability for emergency response and monitor security systems.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and improvement plans.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with access control and CCTV systems
• 1+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment, or 1+ years of relevant discipline work experience
• Knowledge of the administration and operation of: access control systems (Lenel, Milestone) and CCTV systems with digital recording

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Security, Law Enforcement, or military discipline
• 2+ years of relevant professional or military, or 2+ years of law enforcement or security-related experience
• 1+ year Leadership experience
