Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Data Center Security Specialist for AMER East to oversee security operations across critical data centers in the Americas. You will manage contract security staff, ensure access control, CCTV coverage, and emergency response readiness.

You will collaborate with security vendors, develop KPI driven improvements, prepare security incident reports, and maintain compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years overseeing security operations and working with security vendors/contractors.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
• 1+ year in a data center or other critical environment or related discipline work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Results and oversee contract security staff and daily operations.
• Manage data center security and coordinate with security vendors.
• Maintain availability for emergency response and monitor security systems.
