Job summary

Salute is seeking a dedicated Security Officer for full-time, on-site work in Omaha, NE. The role includes unarmed patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and producing detailed reports to support client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent per local jurisdictions.
• Ability to speak fluent English.
• Experience in customer service-related fields.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with tact, professionalism, and respect.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
• Basic CPR/AED/First Aid or BHV equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of surroundings to promote security and safety.
• Observe and report suspicious activity.
• Enforce on-site SOPs and post orders.
• Concierge services and package delivery.
• Assist and train new staff on security systems and SOPs.
• Ensure Client and Company policies are followed.
• 100% completion of log and report write-ups.
