Data Center Security Officer

Position Details:

• Title: Unarmed Access Control Security Officer
• Pay Rate: $18.00-19.25 per hour based on experience
• Shift: Full-time, 3rd shift available (includes one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday)

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years security experience, strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance required.
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards

Responsibilities:

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site
• Ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, including climbing stairs and walking on uneven terrain
• Additional physical requirements include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
• Actively monitor the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for the client site
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and customers
