Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid DPS Guard Card/license, as required in the state for which you are applying.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to operate client-specific security systems.

Responsibilities

• Patrol exterior grounds of the facility.
• Observe and report suspicious activity.
• Control access and egress; monitor entrances and exits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Prepare reports and maintain security logs.
• Enforce client/facility rules when faced with policy violations.
