Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned security professional to manage physical security operations at our Benton, LA facility. The role includes developing post orders, defining procedures, handling incidents, and coordinating with security equipment vendors to drive improvements.

You will oversee audits, test new security technologies, and ensure policy deployment while communicating effectively with teams across AWS and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience acting as a Program Security Officer, Security Specialist, or Security Manager with duties including interpreting and implementing requirements within the personnel, industrial, and physical security disciplines and overseeing security operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing contract security and physical security operation programs such as Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems (eg. LENEL or C-cure).

Responsibilities

• Managing physical security operations, developing post orders, defining security procedures, handling site incidents, working with security equipment, participating in construction projects and to drive day-to-day process improvement activities and managing vendors.
• Ensuring consistent deployment of all required security policies and procedures and participating in recurrent site audits and reviews and testing new security technologies.
