Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC. (PGI) seeks a Security Control Room Officer to join our team in the San Antonio, TX area. This full‑time, non‑exempt role requires TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance and a strong commitment to security standards.

You will monitor access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems, enforce client and PGI policies, and respond to incidents while maintaining procedures and shift readiness under a 12-hour Panama schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year security or police/military experience or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old and fluent in English.
• Strong ability to learn and troubleshoot security tech and systems.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Enforce client and PGI policies, manage badges, locks, and access control.
• Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems; respond to incidents.
• Maintain post orders, report incidents, and support training.
• Promote awareness of security policies to staff and contractors.
• Complete pre-assignment and sustainment training; participate in online modules.
