Qualifications

• Completion of required legislative and Basic Functional Training Plans, as well as any local documentation required for the position.
• Ability to quickly learn and operate complex security systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey critical information clearly and concisely during high-stress situations.
• Strong situational awareness, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to assess alarms, determine appropriate responses, and mitigate risks.
• High level of accuracy in monitoring systems, documenting incidents, and performing routine audits.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, field officers, and management to ensure a secure data center environment.
