Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Data Center Security Engineer with expertise in physical security design, access management systems, and third‑party risk oversight to join our security team as an individual contributor.

The role involves defining a mid-to-long term security vision, driving cross‑functional security projects, and partnering with technical and business leaders to secure data center operations and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in mission‑critical infrastructure and physical security design, MAX 10 years.
• Knowledge across the physical security and risk management field.
• Experience in TECH / DATA CENTRES environments such as data centres or manufacturing facilities.
• Experience building relationships with cross‑functional partners and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Comply with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence and advising management.
• Monitor, assess, and communicate regulatory changes and emerging compliance risks to partners and stakeholders.
• Assist business, Compliance, and other control function partners in responding to client escalations with required research.
• Remain current on regulatory developments regionally and globally affecting the environment.
