Job summary

EPC Project Management Consulting, LLC seeks a detail-driven Scheduler to support a high-profile hyperscale data center project on-site in Richmond, VA. You will develop, maintain, and monitor schedules from pre-construction to commissioning, collaborating with managers, engineers, and contractors to meet milestones and manage risks.

This full-time on-site role requires deep experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project and strong scheduling analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years as a Project Planner or Scheduler in data centers or large-scale infra.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning across civil, structural, MEP, commissioning.
• Experience with baseline schedules, resource loading, and performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale data center construction.
• Collaborate with PMs, superintendents, and subcontractors to create realistic timelines.
• Analyze schedule impacts, forecast delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform critical path and risk analysis to identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Track and report progress against baselines, including earned value metrics.
• Support change management by evaluating schedule impact of design/construction changes.
• Prepare progress reports, lookahead schedules, and executive summaries.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings to align execution with strategy.
