Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Data Center Sales Engineer to drive profitable revenue growth in designated areas, with strong focus on Data Center and Industrial water markets.

Responsibilities include market strategy development, customer relationship building, and collaboration with operations to grow revenue while maintaining safety priorities. Travel up to 50% and remote work options are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s (Engineering) preferred.
• 3-5 years relevant experience; sales experience required.
• Experience selling to Data Center and/or General Contractor preferred.
• Industry and company knowledge, selling and negotiation, relationship building.
• Communication, accountability for completing job responsibilities/objectives.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the priority in all activities.
• Develop and implement market strategies and goals.
• Propose, negotiate, close profitable revenue opportunities and build long-term relationships.
• Analyze customer requirements and market drivers for aligned products/services and pricing.
• Own designated accounts and revenue responsibilities.
• Maintain and document sales calls, visits, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Vertical teams to grow revenue.
• Promote cross-functional communication between sales, operations, and customers.
• Manage sales expenses and timely submission of expenses.
