Job summary

Diversified Safety Services is seeking an experienced Site Safety Lead Manager to support a Data Center project in Lancaster, PA. This role focuses on driving a culture of safety, ensuring compliance, and fostering a proactive approach to workplace health and safety on a large-scale, high-visibility project.

You will develop and enforce health and safety policies, lead safety programs and JHAs, supervise subcontractors, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety programs.
• Ability to produce clear reports and implement safety solutions.
• Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent hazard recognition and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• On-site leadership during incidents or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture by enforcing health and safety policies on site.
• Design and implement safety programs, plans, and JHAs.
• Monitor compliance and report findings to stakeholders.
• Identify hazards early and implement preventive measures.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure EHS requirements are met.
• Investigate accidents and near misses and track corrective actions.
• Maintain logs of inspections and safety communications.
