Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Safety Specialist - Data Center to support project teams in creating an Incident and Injury Free Culture. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety rules and helps develop a strong Safety Roadmap.

Reports to the Project Safety Manager or Area Safety Manager. Responsibilities include field safety walks, assisting with corrective action plans, coaching on safe practices, and facilitating job-site safety orientations and trainings.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required; CPR/FA Certification preferred.
• STS/STSC certification preferred.
• Experience with safety programs and incident investigations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Team in developing and sustaining an Incident and Injury Free Culture (IIFC).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and assist with corrective action plans.
• Provide coaching and recognition for safe behaviors.
• Assist with site safety orientations and basic safety trainings.
