Trane Technologies is seeking a Resource Coordinator for our Data Center team. You will plan, coordinate, and direct operational resources, ensuring labor and materials align with project requirements and financial standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with three years related experience and/or training; or five years related experience with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent customer service and phone communications are essential.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC, or temperature controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources and dispatch team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors and equipment based on needs.
• Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to assign tasks.
• Coordinate operations with Parts Department and Acquisition.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and requests.
• Generate work orders and project paperwork, produce reports.
