NuPeople is seeking a Recruiter specialized in the Data Center sector to join our growing team in San Francisco. You will source, engage, and hire top technical and leadership talent, partnering with clients in AI, energy, and digital infrastructure to build world-class teams.

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, develop targeted strategies for hard-to-find talent, and act as a trusted advisor providing market insights and compensation recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience, ideally in data center, mission critical, construction, or infrastructure industries.
• Experience filling highly technical and leadership roles in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in sourcing, networking, and engaging passive talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand hiring goals and workforce strategies.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and closing.
• Develop targeted search strategies to engage hard-to-find talent in data center development, construction, and operations.
• Build pipelines of candidates in technical, operational, and leadership roles across global markets.
