Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling real estate transactional matters, including international transactions.
• Experience representing both borrowers and lenders across financing transactions involving a range of asset types, ideally including data centers or other digital infrastructure deals.
• Strong academic background.

Responsibilities

• Counsel a mix of domestic and international investors, owners, developers, operators, and lenders on data center, digital infrastructure, and other real estate deals.
• Prepare and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, joint ventures, leases, development agreements, and financing paperwork.
• Guide leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development matters for data centers and other commercial assets.
• Help manage transactions that span multiple countries and collaborate with local counsel.
